Study Groups SMS Program Policy

Scope: This policy applies solely to text messages sent through the Study Groups SMS Program using our JustCall business messaging platform. It does not apply to any other communications by Study Groups or its staff, including personal text messages sent from personal devices, iMessage, RCS, email, or any other channel. Personal communications between Study Groups staff and members are not governed by this policy.

Program Name: Study Groups SMS Program

  1. The Study Groups SMS Program sends follow-up messages to members and prospective members regarding Study Groups services, membership information, and related communications. Messages sent through this program are limited to up to 4 messages per month per recipient. This frequency limit applies only to messages sent via the JustCall platform and does not restrict any other form of communication between Study Groups staff and members.
  2. You can cancel this SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to the short code. After sending “STOP”, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive messages through this program. To re-enroll, simply sign up again as you did the first time.

  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. Message and data rates may apply. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
  6. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data, mobile phone numbers, or consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
