What initially led you to join?
I was promoted to this position and voted into the 3800 Group to replace Wayne Swicord.
What have you gained from being part of your group?
I’ve gained so much in just a year! The relationships I’ve built are incredible, and everyone is eager to help each other succeed. I’ve tripled oil sales in one year—and that’s largely because of the support and insight from the amazing people in the 3800 Group.
Can you share a specific story or moment where your group made a real impact?
In August 2024, I got advice from the group on how to grow oil sales. I took that guidance home, put it into action, and saw results almost immediately.
What would you tell someone who’s considering joining a Study Group?
I’d strongly encourage anyone to join. The collective knowledge and willingness to share within this group are incredible. What I’ve learned in one year has completely reshaped how our company operates.
