Others in our organization were already part of Study Groups and were bringing back best-in-class resources for their departments. We felt we could continue to benefit by joining a group focused on the sales side.
What have you gained from being part of your group?
The group helps reinforce that challenges are normal—and provides the tools and perspective to overcome them. We have highly talented individuals who share ideas, ask tough questions, and act as resources for each other year-round.

When our company was deciding whether to add inside sales team members, we were unsure about compensation, goals, and metrics for the role. The group provided valuable input that helped us make confident, informed decisions—and it’s worked out extremely well.
